Our production process is set up so that almost all additional costs are related to changes in scope. Therefore, if you approve a process step and later decide to change it, there might be an additional cost based on the portion of the video that needs to be changed.
For example, we have delivered the first draft of your video and you would like to change 25% of the script. An additional 25% of the initial video cost would be added to the project’s final invoice.
Our standard turn-around time for modern animation and 2D animation is 7 days, and for custom whiteboard animation it is 14 days.
We provide priority scheduling to speed up production if you have a more pressing deadline. You can choose this option on the quotation form, and we’ll include it in the breakdown of your estimate.
Yes. We always deliver the project within the promised time. Please note that the provided timeline is applicable if you provide feedback (if and when necessary) within 24 hours. If your feedback is delayed, please understand that delivery might be delayed too.
We offer almost every type of accent you could possibly imagine. Your voicing and tonal requirements can be met by the wonderful group of people who work with us on a daily basis. If you are just starting up and have a very small budget, you may check out our modern animation. 2D animation would be a good choice if your budget is moderate. If you are looking for a premium animation with fully custom hand-drawn artwork, custom whiteboard animation is the way to go.
All of our videos are delivered in MP4 format (ideal for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms), with a 1920x1080p HD resolution.

There are a lot of factors to consider when pricing your animated video: The animation style, video length, any deadlines, and the number of videos you’re producing.
But don’t worry! We do not charge $5,000 to $10,000 for a 60-second video and call it “affordable.” You don’t have to get a loan to work with us.

You are free to be as involved as you like.
Normally, once you’ve completed our questionnaire and we’ve completed our kick-off call or chat (whichever is more convenient), we’ll switch to email for any future communication. This means you’ll just be reviewing drafts as they arrive and making revisions or approvals as needed.
However, we are also available to those who like to be actively involved. Want to write the script? Go for it. Want to record a voice-over? Not a problem. We can handle as much or as little of the process as you like.
Yes, you’ll own the commercial rights to your video. With your video, you are free to do whatever you want. Reach out to us if you have any specific inquiries about the rights, and we’ll get back to you.

Yes! Simply send us the assets (e.g. logo, screenshots, product photos) you would like to add along with the rest of the information for your video.
No, we never use our own branding in videos created for our customers.
